Please note:

The Main Entrance (on Commonwealth Avenue) to the Hyatt Hotel is where GPS will lead you. You will need to walk about 2 minutes inside the venue (signage will be in place) and there are stairs to access the main Event space.

The Banquet Entrance (on Kaye Place) to the Hyatt Hotel is the nearest to the Event space and there are no stairs between this entrance and the main Event space.

Registration Desk & Lanyards Policy
The registration desk is located in the Atrium space and will be open on all three conference days at 8:00am. Upon arrival, please ensure you collect your name badge at the registration desk. Delegates must always wear their name badge during the conference.
Please note that PHAA is committed to reducing our environmental impact. Our goal is to have only BYO lanyards in the future. Please help us reduce landfill by BYOing a lanyard to use at the conference where possible. If you do require a PHAA lanyard, these will be available, and we encourage you to keep these to BYO to future PHAA conferences.
